THE MESSAGE Chapter 8

Why should we be with one another
When we only disagree
Should I go out of my way to get along
Or should I get out of your way?
This is an age-old question
And this is an age-old reason
To attempt to understand
You must spend time and effort
We don't owe anything to the effort
But if we want, we must give
Trying to epitomize the antiquity of this statement
Is not why I'm here
I'm here because I have been called
I'm here because I am me
I'm of the One, I'm of the One Heart
But you are too
This is the way toward enlightenment
It all leads there, but we're not all going
Because some are standing still
But even the stagnant is part of the plan
There is a plan that we all are participating in
And that we are all subconsciously aware of
Only a few of us on this planet
Are consciously aware of it
But there are more, and more, and more
Every moment
As we grow, as the human race progresses
As we get beyond our petty grievances
That we have with each other
Because no matter how large they may seem
No matter how many millions of us feel as though
We have suffered, and been tortured
And been hated, and been drug through the mud
They're all petty, they're all petty grievances
If you could only see the whole picture
This is the plane of action
This is what we come into when we come here
No matter how far advanced we may be as a being
When we decide to come into this plane
We have to act in order to even enter
It is very necessary to bring in action and reaction
Because that's what makes this happen
The on and the off, the in and the out
The up and the down, the yes and the no
That's what makes us beings
The story that I've told you
And the story that I will tell
Is being told to me at the same time I'm telling you
So there's no bias
There's no reason to be biased
Because this is pure vesselship
If you listen then you will be able to grow with me
And to aid my growth
Because we're all on this journey together
We can't go without each other
Because we're all joined by the silver thread
The white light
We're all joined by the purity of love
The purity of love is the love that is
When you hear the sound of love, you don't think
Oh, there's the sound of love
It just makes you feel, you become
You are the love
Even if only a hint, it affects
It has an effect on our total being
I love the word, being
It expresses so much
Think on that word for a moment
BE, BE
Honest interpretations of what I say
Cannot be accepted
Only inner, personal interpretations of what I say
Can be accepted
By the one who is the receiver
Of the message that I'm giving
And only by that
What did he mean when he said
"The street is paved, the feet hurt
"The street is raw, the feet heal
"The hill is tall
"The river is deep"
Words are given and taken
They are received in the moment of the moment
Behind the other element
The other element is the unknown
The unknowable, the shouldn't knowable
The don't-even-try-to-find-out knowable
Because to know is to destroy
To take away the strength
To diminish the power
Accept, believe, have knowing in the heart
Why do you want to prove it?
Why do you want to know more than of the existence?
Because you want to control it
You want to control God
This is all happening because we're part of it
It cannot happen without us
We are very, very, necessary
It is very important that we always feel necessary
Because life goes on, and on, and on, and on
So we must have a good time
We must have a very thrilling, invigorating life
Everyone will eventually have
Invigorating, wonderful, exhilarating lives
But we must all work through our karma
Our karma which is kept at an aggressive level
By our lower selves
Our basic animal selves
So let's work to move above our lower selves
So we can transcend this condition
That we have been told is the way it ought to be
With humans
It is not true
It ought to be any way we humans want to make it
Because we have the power of God
We have the power of Jah
We are the power of Jah
Move on to the next extension
And climb, climb, climb
It's a long way, but it's worth it
That's why it's such a long way
Because we have to get there
And we will
Why would you even begin to think that I was here
For any other reason but to communicate
With you, and yours
When I step, I remember other reasons
When I step, it makes me know that I'm one of the ones
That has been sent here for what I do
Isn't that true of all?
Certainly it's true of all - it's true of me
Because I'm here for the truth
I'm here for the communication in a positive way
Of course positive and negative is relative
To the situation which arises
And who the observer is
When I speak of positive, I'm speaking of constructive
In the way I feel as though things are
Things are exactly as they should be
There are no mistakes, there are simply happenings
Random happening that become sequential realities
When conceived of, when perceived
They seem to be in order
We make the order out of disorder
By learning to like certain ways
That things are going to be anyway
Realities are phenomenally based
But they manifest collectively
There are shared realities ,and there are realities
That are absolutely, totally divergent
Totally opposite realities
Some of it comes from the genetic code
Genetic messages
Some of it comes from cosmic consciousness
And some of it comes from our environment
Earthly, physically
There are many, many different variables
That contribute to the complex happenings
That each of us are
We are also human happenings
While we are beings, we are happenings
And while we are happenings, we are beings
Let's look through this to the other side of being
The other side of being is strictly impulsive
Strictly unappreciated
But it is blissful, it's euphoric
But it is just what it is in the moment, in the now
There is no looking and saying
"Oh, that felt good"
There is only the feeling good
We worship the knowing of this
In order to feel the order which we sought before
And only found after we realized
That we were living in total disorder
Disorder only means something
That the collective status quo cannot accept
As a new way of happening, a new way of being
So that cannot be tolerated
Well, I'm going to do it anyway
Well then, that's out of order
When many, many, things become out of order
We have disorder
Twice, I have been here with this same message
This same message
And I will be here twice again
And twice again
And twice again
And twice again
